How to return a mattress?
RETURNS
1- Make sure you have completed your minimum 30 night trial
2- Make sure you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Your purchase must be for a standard size mattress and not a custom-made one.
- Your mattress must be eligible for the comfort guarantee
- Your mattress is of a standard composition (no change in foam densities)
- Your mattress has been protected by a protective cover throughout the adaptation period

Your mattress was used on a suitable box spring that did not deform the structure of the mattress
Suitable box springs: rigid box spring that allows good ventilation under the mattress or a bed frame with slats that are at least 2 inches wide and more rigid slats with less than 3.5 inches of spacing, while ensuring that the spaces do not represent more than 50% of the surface area. - Your mattress (foam and cover) does not have any traces of dirt, burns, cuts or animal hair
- Your mattress was delivered less than 100 days ago
3- Contact us and make sure you have the following data available
- Invoice number
- Reason for return
- Mattress return address

4- Our logistics team will contact you to schedule the collection of your mattress, you just have to remove your bedding and our team will take care of the rest.
5 - If the return meets our eligibility criteria, you will be reimbursed 100% seven (7) working days following the return of the mattress.
NOTE: Bleu.eco supports returns or exchanges only once after the initial purchase. However, if the customer wishes to make another exchange or return during the initial comfort guarantee period, shipping and handling fees will be applied.
What do you do with returned mattresses?
At bleu.eco all mattresses that have already been used are subject to a rigorous inspection. Following this inspection, mattresses deemed unsuitable are delivered to mattcanada.com for recycling.
For those in perfect condition, we donate them to charities.
How to return a pillow?
1- Make sure you have completed your minimum 10 night trial
2- Make sure you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Your purchase must be for an Opale Gelflex, Opale Latex, Agate, CPAP Latex or CPAP Gelflex pillow

Your pillow was protected by a protective cover during the entire trial period

Your pillow (adjustment cushions and cover) does not have any traces of dirt, burns, cuts or animal hair

Your pillow was delivered less than 30 days ago
3- Keep the original box, it will be used in the event of a return

Q: Should I try my mattress before buying it?
A: In a word: no. We designed our mattresses to provide universal comfort and we are confident that you will love yours. However, you do get a 100-day trial period.
We have created a questionnaire to help you choose your mattress.
Q: Is there an adjustment period?
A: The human body reacts differently to changes, so you may need a few days of adjustment to fully enjoy your new mattress. The majority of our customers find ideal comfort from the first night.
Your mattress is vacuum-packed the day before your delivery. It is best to unpack your mattress upon receipt because your comfort guarantee begins on this date. In the event that you must keep it in a box, we advise you not to exceed one month.
Q: Do the mattresses smell after unpacking?
A: A slight odor when unpacking is normal! This is the case for all mattresses made of pressure-reducing foam. Rest assured that this odor will dissipate quickly and, above all, that this odor is neither toxic nor dangerous to your health. If this bothers you, after unpacking your mattress, simply let it air without covering it in a ventilated room and in no time it will have dissipated.
Q: Will your Bleu.eco mattress lose its original shape?
A: Bleu.eco mattresses are made of high-quality materials that resist sagging for a long time. Check out our warranties page
Q: What is the maximum weight?
A: The bleu.eco mattresses are designed to support a weight of 300 pounds per person. For optimal performance, we therefore recommend the mattress for individuals under 300 pounds.
For people over 300 pounds, we invite you to contact us. We will be able to compose a custom mattress that will suit you. We have a lot of experience when it comes to mattress adaptation and we can do it at a low cost.
Q: I have specific health problems, are Bleu.eco mattresses right for me?

BED BASES
Q: Can I use a conventional box spring?
A: Yes. In most cases, a box spring will last you almost your entire life.
If its surface does not provide enough support, you can supplement it with simple ¼ inch plywood.
If you are unsure, please talk to us about it.
You can therefore use your bleu.eco mattress on a platform, on all slatted bases (the spacing between the slats must not be more than 3.5 in) – or on a box spring completed with plywood.
Once the mattress is removed from its transport box, it will be ready to use in just a few minutes.
Q: Can I use an adjustable bed base?
A: Yes, all the mattresses we manufacture are designed to be used with an adjustable bed base. To purchase an adjustable bed base, do not hesitate to contact our team of advisors or consult our articulated bed comparison page

RETURNS
Q: My mattress is uneven, what should I do?
A: This is almost always due to the surface the mattress is resting on. If you experience this type of problem, we recommend testing the evenness of the mattress directly on the floor. If you find that this corrects the unevenness, you should assess whether your box spring or bed base is damaged. If your bleu.eco mattress still appears uneven on the floor, contact us immediately.
