At Bleu.eco, we attach great importance to the complete satisfaction of our customers and the impeccable quality of our products. If you experience problems with one of our products, contact our after-sales service and rest assured that we will do our utmost to give you complete satisfaction.
We offer different guarantees that are adapted to each of our products. In order to facilitate our communications, it will be necessary to provide us with your invoice number, the name that appears on it, your name and the telephone number where we can reach you.
It will also be necessary to send us photos showing the problem encountered.

Mattress
100 Nights Comfort Guarantee
For your complete satisfaction, bleu.eco offers you a comfort guarantee lasting one hundred (100) nights from the date of delivery and applicable on your first purchase. The comfort guarantee applies to Bleu.eco Source, Bleu.eco Evolution and Bleu.eco 100% Talalay Latex mattresses.
Bleu.eco Bébé, Bleu.eco Junior, Bleu.eco Nomade (VR) and custom-made mattresses are not covered by this comfort guarantee.
Our sleep experts have designed your mattress for ideal comfort, neither too soft nor too firm to suit different weights and body shapes.
We use premium raw materials to provide you with freshness, comfort, support and durability.
We are confident that you will love your new mattress. You will know this after a 30-day adaptation period.
If after this period and for any reason, you consider that your mattress does not give you complete satisfaction, you will have 70 days to notify our customer service.
NOTE: Bleu.eco supports returns or exchanges only once after the initial purchase. However, if the customer wishes to make another exchange or return during the initial comfort guarantee period, shipping and handling fees will be applied.

12, 15 and 20 year limited warranty
bleu.eco mattresses are protected by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature wear of materials and foam integrity, provided that you have used your mattress normally and handled it properly. The duration of the warranty varies depending on the type of mattress. (For mattresses for commercial and institutional use, see the Bleu.eco Mattresses Commercial Use Warranty section.):
- Twelve (12) years : bleu.eco Baby, bleu.eco Junior, bleu.eco Nomade (VR) and bleu.eco Source
- Fifteen (15) years : bleu.eco Evolution
- Twenty (20) years : blue.eco 100% Talalay Latex
The limited warranty covers:
- All parts of the mattress and provides for the repair or replacement of defective parts (at the manufacturer's choice).
- Visible and permanent sagging of more than 1 in. (2.5 cm). However, a weight limit is established for each type of mattress. If the sleeper's weight exceeds the limit defined below (relating to their mattress), this will invalidate the warranty.
The limited warranty does not cover:
- The normal increase in the softness of the mattress.
- Lacerations, burns, or any other alteration that improper use of the product could cause.
- Preferences for mattress comfort or thickness
- A deformation caused by inadequate support.
The mattress must rest on:
- Flat and rigid box spring with ventilation
- Rigid slatted base:
each slat of which is at least 2 inches wide
with a maximum spacing between each slat of 3.5 inches, while ensuring that the spaces do not represent more than 50% of the surface area.
Bleu.eco mattresses should not be used on floors that are likely to accumulate moisture, such as concrete, basements. There would be a risk of creating mold under the mattress and would void the warranty.
The commitment of bleu.eco
The Company will repair or replace the Buyer's mattress if it is found to be defective during the term of this Limited Warranty, but the Buyer will be responsible for the transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement. The residual value of the mattress will be established based on a pro rata specific to each type of mattress.
No shipping and/or handling costs are covered by this warranty and are therefore the responsibility of the buyer.
At any time, if the mattress cover needs to be replaced, it is possible that the cover material of the new cover you receive may be a different color or material than the original cover.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. No warranty extension is provided with a replacement product, the warranty duration of a replacement product is calculated based on the delivery date of the original mattress purchase.
To benefit from the warranty, the buyer must provide proof of purchase and contact Bleu.eco after-sales service. This proof of purchase must be kept for all years of the warranty.
Warranty for commercial use - 5 years
bleu.eco mattresses are protected by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature wear of materials and the integrity of the foam, provided that you have used your mattress normally and handled it correctly.
bleu.eco mattresses for commercial use are covered by a 5-year warranty following the initial delivery date.
The limited warranty covers:
- All parts of the mattress and provides for the repair or replacement of defective parts (at the manufacturer's choice).
- Visible and permanent sagging of more than 1 in. (2.5 cm).
The limited warranty does not cover:
- The normal increase in the softness of the mattress.

Pillows
30-Night Comfort Guarantee
For your complete satisfaction, Bleu.eco offers you a comfort guarantee lasting 30 nights from the date of delivery and applicable to your first purchase.
Our sleep experts have designed your pillow for height-adaptive comfort to provide the pillow/mattress/sleeper trio with a perfectly matched fit.
We are confident that you will love your new pillow. You will know this after your 10-day adaptation period.
If after this period and for any reason, you consider that your pillow does not give you full satisfaction, you will have 20 days to notify our customer service. Keep the original box during the entire trial period, if you have to make a return it will be requested.
We will inform you of the procedure to follow to return your pillow in its original box of receipt, which you must therefore keep. You will be reimbursed 100% within 7 days of our receipt.
The following conditions must however be met:
Your purchase must be for the following pillow:
Gelflex Opal / Gelflow Opal, 100% Latex Opal, Agate, CPAP Opal
A minimum adaptation period of 10 nights is required, following the delivery date.
Any traces of dirt, burns or cuts on the pillow covers will invalidate this warranty.
This comfort guarantee ends 30 nights after the delivery date.
The following products are not covered by the 30-night comfort guarantee:
Blue.eco Pillow - Opal Child, Blue.eco Triangular Cushion - Foam, Blue.eco Pillow - Body - Foam Flakes - Adjustable, Sapphire Pillow 100% latex, Onyx Pillow in latex flakes and custom-made pillows.
Articulated Bed
Limited Warranty on the Bleu.eco articulated bed
Limited Warranty
Bleu.eco articulated beds are protected by a limited warranty that begins on the delivery date of the initial purchase.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects, premature wear of materials provided that you have used your articulated bed normally and handled it correctly:
- 1 year full warranty
- 2 years on the controller and electronic components
- 5 years on electric motors
- 10 years on the wooden panels of the platform and the base
The warranty does not cover:
- The alterations that improper use of the product could cause.
- Any damage caused by an animal.
The commitment of bleu.eco
- The Company will repair or replace the Purchaser's articulating bed if it is found to be defective during the term of this limited warranty.
- No extended warranty is provided with a replacement product, so the warranty for a replacement product remains the same, commencing with the delivery date of the original purchase.
No shipping and/or handling costs are covered by this warranty and are therefore the responsibility of the buyer.
This warranty is available to the original purchaser only. You must therefore keep your purchase receipt for the entire duration of your warranty.
Comfort guarantee
The comfort guarantee does not apply to this range of products (neither exchangeable nor refundable)
Limited Warranty on other articulated beds
Limited Warranty
Rotec articulating beds are protected by a limited warranty that begins on the delivery date of the original purchase.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects, premature wear of materials provided that you have used your articulated bed normally and handled it correctly:
- 1 year full warranty
- 2 years on the controller and electronic components
- 5 years on electric motors
- 25 years on steel structure
The warranty does not cover:
- The alterations that improper use of the product could cause.
- Any damage caused by an animal.
The commitment of bleu.eco
- Bleu.eco undertakes to make a service call with the manufacturer in order to provide the customer with the necessary technical support.
Comfort guarantee
The comfort guarantee does not apply to this range of products (neither exchangeable nor refundable)
Box springs
3 Year Limited Warranty
Our box springs will accompany you for many years.
Bleu.eco box springs are covered by a three-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature wear of materials and the integrity of the wooden structure, provided that you have used your box spring normally and handled it correctly.
Thus, the warranty does not cover lacerations, burns, or any other alteration that improper use of the product could cause. Also, to benefit from this warranty, your box spring must have been used properly at all times.
The warranty we offer you covers all parts of the box spring and provides for the repair or replacement of defective parts.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. No warranty extension is provided with a replacement product, the warranty duration of a replacement product is calculated based on the delivery date of the original mattress purchase.
Transportation costs related to the repair or replacement of the box spring are the responsibility of the buyer.
