How to return a Bleu.eco item?

A return of pillows
1- Make sure you have completed your minimum 10-night trial
2- Make sure you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Your purchase must be for a Bleu.eco - Opal Gelflow, Opal 100% Talalay Latex, Sapphire 100% Talalay Latex, or Bleu.eco - Onyx pillow.
- Your pillow was protected by a protective cover throughout the trial period
- Your pillow (adjustment cushions and cover) does not have any traces of dirt, burns, cuts or animal hair
- Your pillow was delivered less than 30 days ago
3- Keep the original box, it will be used in the event of a return
4- Contact us and make sure you have the following data available
- Invoice number
- Reason for return

5- Return the pillow to us in the original box.
6 - If the return meets our eligibility criteria, you will be reimbursed 100% seven (7) working days following receipt of your pillow
NOTE: Only one pillow return is possible, no exchange possible.
A mattress return
1- Make sure you have completed your minimum 30-night trial
2- Make sure you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Your purchase must be for a standard size mattress and not a custom-made one.
- Your mattress must be eligible for the comfort guarantee
- Your mattress has a standard composition (no change in foam densities)
- Your mattress has been protected by a protective cover throughout the adaptation period
- Your mattress was used on a suitable base that did not deform the mattress structure
Suitable bed bases: rigid bed base that allows good ventilation under the mattress or a bed frame with slats that are at least 2 inches wide and rigid slats that are less than 3.5 inches apart, ensuring that the spaces do not represent more than 50% of the surface area. - Your mattress (foam and cover) does not have any traces of dirt, burns, cuts or animal hair
- Your mattress was delivered less than 100 days ago
- All layers of your mattress have been unpacked within 30 days of receipt.
3- Contact us and make sure you have the following data available
- Invoice number
- Reason for return
- Mattress return address

4- Our logistics team will contact you to schedule the collection of your mattress. All you have to do is remove your bedding and our team will take care of the rest.
5 - If the return meets our eligibility criteria, you will be reimbursed 100% seven (7) working days following the return of the mattress.
NOTE: Bleu.eco only supports returns or exchanges once after the initial purchase. However, if the customer wishes to make another exchange or return during the initial comfort guarantee period, shipping and handling fees will apply.
What do you do with returned mattresses?
At bleu.eco, all previously used mattresses undergo a rigorous inspection. Following this inspection, mattresses deemed unsuitable are delivered to mattcanada.com for recycling.
For those in perfect condition, we donate them to charities.
