100 Night Comfort Guarantee

For your complete satisfaction, bleu.eco offers a 100-night comfort guarantee from the date of delivery. The comfort guarantee applies to the Bleu.eco Source, Bleu.eco Nomade, Bleu.eco Évolution and Bleu.eco 100% Latex Talalay mattresses.

The Bleu.eco Baby, Bleu.eco Junior, Bleu.eco Nomad (VR) and custom made mattresses are not covered by this comfort guarantee.

Our sleep experts have designed your mattress for ideal comfort, neither too soft nor too firm. In fact, it has what it takes to suit different weights and body types.

We use the highest quality raw materials to provide freshness, comfort, support and durability.

We are confident that you will love your new mattress. You can be sure of this after a 30 day adaptation period.

If after this period and for any reason, you consider that your mattress does not give you complete satisfaction, you will have 70 days to notify our customer service.

Bleu.eco Mattress
12, 15 and 20 Years Limited Warranty

bleu.eco mattresses are protected by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature wear of materials and the integrity of the foam, as long as you have used your mattress normally and handled it correctly. The length of the warranty varies depending on the type of mattress:

  • Twelve (12) years: bleu.eco Baby, bleu.eco Junior, bleu.eco Nomad, bleu.eco Nomad (RV) and bleu.eco Source
  • Fifteen (15) years: bleu.eco Evolution
  • Twenty (20) years: bleu.eco 100% Latex Talalay

The limited warranty covers:

  • All parts of the mattress and provides for the repair or replacement of defective parts (at the manufacturer's option).
  • Visible and permanent sagging of more than 1" (2.5 cm). However, a weight limitation is established for each type of mattress. If the sleeper's weight exceeds the limit defined below (for his or her mattress), this will invalidate the warranty.
    • 150 lbs (68 kg) for blue.eco Junior mattresses
    • 250 lbs (113 kg) for the bleu.eco Nomade, bleu.eco Nomade (VR) and bleu.eco Source mattresses
    • 350 lbs (159 kg) for all bleu.eco Evolution and bleu.eco 100% Latex Talalay mattresses

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal increase in the softness of the mattress.
  • Lacerations, burns, or any other alteration that may occur due to abuse of the product.
  • Preferences as to the comfort or thickness of the mattress
  • Deformation caused by inadequate support. The mattress must rest on :
    • A rigid box spring with ventilation
    • A slatted base with a minimum width of 1.5 inches and a maximum spacing of 4 inches, while ensuring that the spaces do not represent more than 50% of the surface.

Bleu.eco mats should not be used on floors that are likely to accumulate moisture, such as concrete or basements. There would be a risk of creating mould under the mattress and would invalidate the guarantee.

bleu.eco's commitment

The company will repair or replace the buyer's mattress if it is found to be defective during the period of this limited warranty, but the transportation costs related to the repair or replacement will be charged to the buyer. The residual value of the mattress will be determined on a pro-rata basis specific to each type of mattress.

No transportation and/or handling costs are covered by this warranty and are therefore the responsibility of the buyer.

At any time, if the mattress cover needs to be replaced, it is possible that the cover material of the new cover you will get will be of a different color or material than the original cover.

Finally, this warranty is only valid for the initial purchaser of the product. Also, no warranty extension is provided with a replacement product, the duration of the warranty of a replacement product is calculated according to the delivery date of the original mattress purchase.

In order to avail oneself of the warranty, the buyer must provide proof of purchase and contact Bleu.eco's customer service. This proof of purchase must be kept for the duration of the warranty.

Bleu.eco Used Mattress
1 Year Limited Warranty

Used mattresses sold at the bleu.eco liquidation center are protected by a limited warranty against premature wear of materials as long as you have used your mattress normally and handled it properly.

The limited warranty covers:

  • All parts of the mattress and provides for the repair or replacement of defective parts (at the option of the manufacturer).
  • Visible and permanent sagging of more than 1" (2.5 cm).

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • The normal increase in the softness of the mattress.
  • Lacerations, burns, or any other alteration that may result from misuse of the product.

Bleu.eco Pillow
50 Night Comfort Guarantee

For your complete satisfaction, bleu.eco offers a 50-night comfort guarantee from the date of delivery. The comfort guarantee is only applicable to the Opal and Agate models.

Our sleep experts have designed your pillow for comfort that adapts in height to give the "pillow/mattress/sleeper" trio a perfect match.

We're sure you'll love your new pillow. You can be sure of this after a 30 day adaptation period.

If after this period and for any reason, you feel that your pillow is not fully satisfactory, you will have 20 days to notify our customer service department. We will inform you of the procedure to follow to return your pillow and receive a 100% refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned pillow.

However, the following conditions must be respected:

  • A minimum adjustment period of 30 days is required, following the delivery date.
  • You must keep the original packaging until the end of the warranty period, as the pillow must be returned in the original packaging, if applicable.
  • Traces of dirt, burns, cuts or animal hair on the pillow covers invalidate this warranty.
  • This comfort guarantee expires 50 days after the date of delivery.

Bleu.eco Pillow
3 Year Limited Warranty

bleu.eco pillows are protected by a 3 year limited warranty from the date of delivery of the initial purchase.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects, premature wear and tear of materials and foam integrity, provided you have used your pillow normally and handled it properly.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Lacerations, burns, or any other alteration that misuse of the product may cause.
  • Any normal increase in softness and settling of the material, or other normal wear and tear.
  • Any damage caused by an animal.
  • Your comfort preference.

The commitment of bleu.eco

  • The company will repair or replace the buyer's pillow if it is found to be defective during the term of this 3-year limited warranty.
  • No warranty extension is provided with a replacement product, the warranty of a replacement product remains 3 years after the delivery date of the initial purchase.

No shipping and/or handling charges are covered by this warranty and are therefore the responsibility of the purchaser.

Limited 3 Year Warranty

Our bed bases will accompany you for many years.

The Bleu.eco box springs are covered by a three-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature wear of the materials and the integrity of the wood structure, as long as you have made normal use of your box spring and have handled it correctly.

Thus, the warranty does not cover lacerations, burns, or any other alteration that could result from abusive use of the product. Also, to benefit from this warranty, your box spring must have been used properly at all times.

The warranty we offer covers all parts of the box spring and provides for the repair or replacement of defective parts.

The transport costs associated with the repair or replacement of the slatted base are at the expense of the purchaser.

Finally, this warranty is only valid for the initial purchaser of the product. Also, no warranty extension is provided with a replacement product, so the warranty of a replacement product remains three years after the initial date of purchase.

Q: Should I try my mattress before buying it?

A: In a word: no. We designed our mattresses to provide universal comfort and we are confident that you will love yours. However, you do get a 100-day trial period.

We have created a questionnaire to help you choose your mattress.

 

Q: Is there an adjustment period?

A: The human body reacts differently to changes, so you may need a few days of adjustment to fully enjoy your new mattress. The majority of our customers find ideal comfort from the first night.

Your mattress is vacuum-packed the day before your delivery. It is best to unpack your mattress upon receipt because your comfort guarantee begins on this date. In the event that you must keep it in a box, we advise you not to exceed one month.

Q: Do the mattresses smell after unpacking?

A: A slight odor when unpacking is normal! This is the case for all mattresses made of pressure-reducing foam. Rest assured that this odor will dissipate quickly and, above all, that this odor is neither toxic nor dangerous to your health. If this bothers you, after unpacking your mattress, simply let it air without covering it in a ventilated room and in no time it will have dissipated.

Q: Will your Bleu.eco mattress lose its original shape?

A: Bleu.eco mattresses are made of high-quality materials that resist sagging for a long time. Check out our warranties page

Q: What is the maximum weight?

A: The bleu.eco mattresses are designed to support a weight of 300 pounds per person. For optimal performance, we therefore recommend the mattress for individuals under 300 pounds.

For people over 300 pounds, we invite you to contact us. We will be able to compose a custom mattress that will suit you. We have a lot of experience when it comes to mattress adaptation and we can do it at a low cost.

Q: I have specific health problems, are Bleu.eco mattresses right for me?

BED BASES

Q: Can I use a conventional box spring?

A: Yes. In most cases, a box spring will last you almost your entire life.

If its surface does not provide enough support, you can supplement it with simple ¼ inch plywood.

If you are unsure, please talk to us about it.
You can therefore use your bleu.eco mattress on a platform, on all slatted bases (the spacing between the slats must not be more than 3.5 in) – or on a box spring completed with plywood.
Once the mattress is removed from its transport box, it will be ready to use in just a few minutes.

Q: Can I use an adjustable bed base?

A: Yes, all the mattresses we manufacture are designed to be used with an adjustable bed base. To purchase an adjustable bed base, do not hesitate to contact our team of advisors or consult our articulated bed comparison page

RETURNS

Q: My mattress is uneven, what should I do?

A: This is almost always due to the surface the mattress is resting on. If you experience this type of problem, we recommend testing the evenness of the mattress directly on the floor. If you find that this corrects the unevenness, you should assess whether your box spring or bed base is damaged. If your bleu.eco mattress still appears uneven on the floor, contact us immediately.
